Key Responsibilities
Prepare and bake a wide range of breads and pastries
Follow recipes and production schedules to ensure consistency and efficiency.
Maintain strict hygiene, food safety, and HACCP standards.
Monitor dough fermentation, proofing, baking times, and temperatures.
Assist Head Chef with new product trials and seasonal items.
Maintain cleanliness of bakery equipment and workstation.
Requirements
Minimum
3 years' bakery experience
(Korean bakery preferred).
Strong skills in dough handling, proofing, baking, and finishing.
Attention to detail and passion for quality.
Team player, flexible with shifts, and willing to learn.
English required; Korean language is an advantage.
