Job Description

we are seeking an experienced and skilled Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about baking, able to produce a variety of baked goods with consistency, and willing to work as part of a diverse team. The candidate should preferably have English communication skills and be able to coordinate effectively with staff from different nationalities

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, bake, and present a wide range of breads, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods.

Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of all bakery items.

Follow recipes, portion control, and maintain accurate production records.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

Assist in inventory management by monitoring ingredient levels and reporting shortages.

Work collaboratively with kitchen and production staff to meet daily and bulk production requirements.

Adapt to flexible work schedules and support colleagues when required.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Baker .

Strong knowledge of baking techniques, equipment, and food safety practices.

Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Good communication skills are an advantage.

Team-oriented, reliable, and proactive.
