Responsibilities
Prepare and bake fresh bread, buns, rolls, and bakery items daily
Measure, mix, and prepare dough according to recipes
Operate bakery equipment (oven, dough mixer, proofer, etc.)
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety
Monitor inventory of baking ingredients and report shortages
Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation
Assist in developing new bakery recipes and menu items
Follow proper storage and labeling procedures
Requirements
Previous experience as a Baker/Bakery Chef
Knowledge of dough preparation, proofing, and baking techniques
Ability to work early morning shifts
Strong attention to detail and hygiene standards
Ability to work in a team environment
Located in UAE (Sharjah preferred)
