Baker
Must have experience in preparing and cooking Manakish and Fatayer following traditional methods and quality standards.
Responsible for mixing, shaping, and baking dough to produce various bakery items such as Manakish, Fatayer, pastries, and bread.
Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene standards in the baking area.
Operate and maintain bakery equipment like ovens and mixers safely and efficiently.
Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and service.
