Artisanal Baker - Sourdough, Laminated & Enriched Doughs

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced

Baker

skilled in

sourdough, laminated doughs, burger & hotdog buns, and classic pastries

. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and capable of maintaining product quality in

high-volume production

.

Key Responsibilities:

Mix, ferment, shape, and bake sourdough and enriched dough products. Produce laminated doughs (croissants, danish, puff pastry) with precision and consistency. Prepare burger buns, hotdog buns, and other soft rolls following artisanal methods. Maintain daily production schedules and ensure quality standards. Assist with recipe scaling, prep, and mise en place for large batch production. Maintain a clean and organized workspace following hygiene and food safety standards. Collaborate with the production team for smooth operations and timely output.

Requirements:

Minimum

3 years experience

in a professional bakery. Strong foundation in

sourdough fermentation and lamination techniques

. Experience with

high-volume, artisanal production

. Ability to work early shifts and flexible hours, including weekends if needed. Good understanding of temperature control, proofing, and baking parameters. Team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Preferred:

Experience in Middle Eastern or European artisanal bakeries. Familiarity with bakery machinery and production scaling.
