Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Baker with proven experience in crafting croissants and traditional French pastries to join our kitchen team. You will play a key role in maintaining the quality, consistency, and artistry of our baked offerings, bringing both skill and passion to every bake.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and bake a variety of French pastries, including laminated dough items such as croissants and pain au chocolat Ensure consistent product quality, taste, and presentation Manage proofing, shaping, and baking processes with precision Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work environment in line with food safety standards Collaborate with the kitchen team on production planning and seasonal pastry development Monitor inventory and assist in ordering baking supplies as needed
Requirements:
Experience in baking French pastries, especially laminated dough Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards Ability to work early morning shifts and meet daily production timelines Passion for pastry, creativity, and continuous improvement
