Our services have also expanded in 2020 beyond Brick & Mortars to include Cloud Kitchens and wide expansion in Virtual Brands. Eathos currently operates in more than 41 branches across the 2 countries with 8 Cloud Kitchens and up to 15 Virtual Brands. As the Baker, you are responsible in day-to-day operations of the pastry and bakery section of Kababji. You have to prepare for the overall pastry needs of the restaurant. What you will do:
- Prepare wide variety of goods such as Arabic breads, desserts, etc. following the company standard recipes and methods of production
- Ensure the highest quality of food production in the bakery section
- Monitor the adequacy of supplies in the bakery section and estimate the daily production needs
- Control food stock and food cost in the bakery section
- Follow proper handling and right temperature of all food products
- Comply with the regulations of safety and hygiene standards as per HACCP and Dubai Municipality guidelines
- Check the condition of the equipment and devices used for cooking
- You must have two to three years of experience as a Baker
- Demonstrate a strong understanding on different pastry recipe and products
- You must have excellent skills in communication, leadership, problem-solving, and organizational
- You must maintain high standards of product quality, service, and cleanliness
- You must be able to multi-task, work under pressure, in a fast-paced environment
- You are currently located in the UAE and available to join immediately
