Job Description

Position Summary:

The Barista is responsible for preparing high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a clean work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Beverage Preparation

Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty drinks Follow standard recipes and maintain consistency Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other cafe equipment

Cleanliness & Maintenance

Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, equipment, and utensils Ensure proper hygiene and sanitation standards Restock ingredients and supplies as needed

Customer Service

Greet customers warmly and take orders Handle customer inquiries and provide product recommendations Manage billing and cash/POS transactions

Inventory & Operations

Assist in stock management and daily inventory Report shortages or equipment issues to the supervisor Follow opening and closing procedures

Qualifications:

Male or Female Previous cafe or barista experience preferred Good communication & customer service skills Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques is an advantage Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Pleasant, professional, and reliable

Pay: KD180.000 - KD200.000 per month
