As a

Backend Systems Engineer

, you will play a key role in shaping our digital ecosystem, enabling real-time crane data integration and intelligent remote services. Your responsibilities include:

Conducting requirements analysis and creating technical concepts for software solutions Designing and implementing backend systems for global data acquisition from PLC-based devices Developing and maintaining scalable databases and server infrastructures Optimizing backend performance, architecture, and deployment environments Designing and documenting robust APIs for third-party system integrations Processing data to power customer-facing portals and service dashboards Performing system tests and supporting development validation processes Delivering internal and external technical training sessions Providing expert technical support to After-Sales and Customer Service teams
