Backend Lead Developer

We're looking for a passionate and experienced Java Developer Lead to join our vibrant team


Experience & Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field (preferred). Minimum 7-10 years experience developing Java/Spring/Spring boot microservices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Fluency in written and spoken English. Strong analytical and reporting skills. Broad/Deep knowledge of java Spring Spring MVC ,Spring Data JPA / Hibernate and Spring Security Experience building microservices in a k8s environment Capable of leading a team Works well within a globally dispersed team Self starter & self self-motivated Experience in a customer & management facing positions (explaining technology solutions) where required. Experience with building rich live-data applications Capable of design and rapid change
