Back End Developer - Odoo Implementation

We are looking for an experienced Back End Developer with strong expertise in Odoo implementation and customization. This role requires solid programming knowledge, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver efficient ERP solutions.

Responsibilities:

Customize, develop, and maintain Odoo modules to meet client requirements. Collaborate directly with clients to gather business needs and translate them into technical solutions. Coordinate with sales and project teams to ensure smooth project execution. Write clean, efficient, and scalable code using Python and related technologies. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize system performance. Manage databases and ensure data integrity (PostgreSQL, MySQL). Stay up to date with Odoo updates and other emerging technologies.

Requirements:

Proven experience in Odoo ERP development and customization. Strong skills in Python and back-end frameworks. Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL and API integration. Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams. Familiarity with Git or other version control systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

Experience with other ERP platforms. Knowledge of front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS). Experience with cloud-based Odoo deployments.
