Job Description

Responsibilities:-

Develop robust server-side logic for implementation with front-end services Develop high throughput integration/mediation layer services Develop highly scalable, high throughput, mission-critical transactional systems Building reusable code and libraries for future use Optimization of the application for maximum performance and scalability Design APIs and implement backend services that will support web and mobile clients. Contribute to the architecture across the technology stack, from database to apps. Optimization of applications for maximum performance and scalability Participating in continuing education and training to remain current on best practices. Work closely with the rest of the team to bring our features into production Create technical specifications and architecture documents Perform support and debugging in the test and production environment. Maintain the existing codebase that powers our platform. Implementation of security and data protection guidelines Taking the lead on projects, as needed

Qualifications:-

Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science, or a related Engineering field to Computer Science 8+ years history of strong development experience in Java, Python, and NodeJS Proficiency in containerization (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes) and modern architecture patterns (e.g. microservices and event-driven architectures) Significant experience writing and utilizing RESTful API services and performance tuning large-scale applications Knowledge of Agile development methodologies Experience with relational and non-relational data stores (experience on MySQL/NDB, PostgreSQL, MongoDB and CouchDB is must) Experience in ESB or distributed stream processing (experience of working with Kafka is a must) Profound knowledge on Distributed Transaction Processing Knowledge on handling high throughput mission critical transactional systems Experience with distributed caches and in memories is highly desired (Redis, Memcached is a must) Proficiency on working with source versioning systems Profound understanding of OWASP security principles
