Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced backend developer to join our team. This role requires a deep understanding of server-side logic and a high level of proficiency in languages such as ASP.NET, PHP, and Node.js.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain server-side applications using ASP.NET, PHP, and Node.js. Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. Design and implement efficient, scalable, and maintainable code. Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize product performance. Ensure high-quality performance, responsiveness, and reliability of applications. Implement data protection and security features. Participate in

peer-to-peer code reviews

, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and performance optimization. Use

AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor & AI)

to improve code quality, productivity, and debugging efficiency. Understand and implement the software development life cycle (SDLC). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Provide training and support to internal teams.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Proven work experience as a backend developer. Strong knowledge of C#, ASP.NET, PHP, Node.js, and Python. Understanding of server-side templating languages. Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. Strong unit test and debugging skills. Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,500.00 per month
