Job Description

  • Must speak, read and write Russian or Mandarin language
  • Transaction's processing.
  • Monitoring the workflow (deposit/ withdrawal process in internal systems).
  • Responsible for communicating and coordinating with different departments.
  • Responsible for customer relationship management: coordinating with clients for orders, payments, and issue resolution.
  • Handling customers' inquiries in regard to payments.
  • Preparing regular reports and analyses for your line manager.
