Sharaf DG is seeking a detail-oriented Back Office Executive to support our telecom hunting sales team in Dubai. This administrative role is responsible for managing backend operations such as CRM updates, documentation, coordination, and reporting, ensuring the sales team can focus on client acquisition and business growth.

As a Back Office Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily activities of the telecom sales team. Key Responsibilities
  • Support the sales team with lead management, follow-ups, and CRM data entry

  • Coordinate with internal departments such as finance, legal, and operations for sales processing
  • Manage customer documentation, contracts, and ensure regulatory compliance

  • Serve as the communication link between the sales team and internal teams for escalations and approvals
  • Assist with meeting scheduling, travel planning, and team logistics
  • Generate and submit weekly/monthly performance reports and analytical insights
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales support, back-office operations, or administration-preferably in the telecom sector
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills
