Responsibilities
  • Answers phone calls in a polite, cordial manner and maintains proper telephone etiquette.
  • Initiates insurance requests for approval and does necessary follow-ups.
  • Liaises with Insurance companies regarding insurance coverage network.
  • Fills and ensures that the insurance claim form is done accurately to facilitate the reimbursement process.
  • Follow-ups with Clinic patients regarding their treatment plans and does necessary arrangements for their appointments.
  • Coordinates with Doctors of Chiropractors and Physiotherapists regarding the completion of medical reports.
  • Does regular audits for claim forms and medical reports to avoid any insurance rejection.
  • Monitors insurance office payments process and does regular follow-up regarding delayed dues.
  • Accepts additional duties, within the scope of practice like:
  • Patient registration
  • Booking appointments
  • Billing tasks
  • Interpretation duties
  • Clerical works
Requirements and Skills
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in science or a related field.
  • Excellent English and Arabic verbal/written communication skills.
  • Communicates clearly and concisely in both oral and written formats
  • Basic computer literacy.
  • Exposure to customer service principles.
  • Previous experience with insurance workflow.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology especially the related ones to Chiropractic field.
