Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for opening and closing the store in accordance with company procedures
Manage stock levels, inventory tracking, and product restocking
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained across all areas
Prepare and maintain treatment rooms to be clean, organized, and ready for use
Support therapists and front-of-house staff with operational needs
Report maintenance or supply issues promptly to management
Follow health and safety protocols at all times
Requirements:
Previous experience in a
salon, spa, clinic, or retail operations
role preferred
Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
Ability to take initiative and work independently
Strong sense of responsibility and time management
Basic understanding of inventory and housekeeping procedures
