We are seeking a dedicated and experienced babysitter/nanny to join Nurseco Home Healthcare. The ideal candidate will have:
Experience with Newborns:
At least 1 years of hands-on experience caring for newborns is essential.
Location Experience:
Prior experience working in Dubai or other home healthcare settings within the UAE.
Skills and Qualities:
A nurturing and caring personality.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to engage and bond with infants.
Knowledge of basic baby care practices and safety.
Patience and reliability.
Responsibilities:
Provide attentive and loving care to our newborn.
Ensure the baby's safety at all times.
Manage feeding, diapering, and sleeping routines.
Engage in developmental activities appropriate for the baby's age.
Maintain a clean and organized environment for the baby.
Communicate regularly with parents about the baby's progress and any concerns.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar role, supported by references.
Knowledge of infant nutrition, hygiene, and first aid.
Flexibility with working hours, including potential evenings and weekends.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
