Responsibilities:
  • Engaging with potential customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Educating customers about our products/services and how they can benefit from them.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Driving sales through effective communication, negotiation, and closing techniques.
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Keeping abreast of market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Providing feedback to management on customer preferences, market conditions, and product/service improvements.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in B2C sales, preferably in a related industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding targets.
  • Knowledge of relevant sales techniques and strategies.
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
