With a growing presence in the premium mobility sector, we are expanding our direct-to-consumer business and seeking an experienced

B2C Manager

to drive retail sales, customer acquisition, and digital engagement.

Role Overview


The B2C Manager will lead strategies to attract, engage, and retain individual clients in Dubai's fast-growing premium mobility and tourism market. This role requires a commercially driven leader with strong expertise in consumer sales, digital platforms, and customer experience management. The ideal candidate will balance revenue growth with brand prestige, delivering tailored solutions for VIP clients, tourists, and residents.

Key Responsibilities



Consumer Sales & Growth



Drive B2C revenue through direct bookings, online channels, and retail partnerships. Launch targeted campaigns to acquire high-value customers (tourists, VIP residents, families, event travelers). Develop and manage loyalty programs, packages, and promotions tailored to different customer segments. Achieve and exceed monthly sales and growth targets.

Digital & Channel Management



Oversee RSL's digital sales platforms, including website, mobile app, and online booking portals. Collaborate with Marketing to run performance-driven digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, influencer collaborations). Optimize customer journey across digital touchpoints to maximize conversions and repeat bookings.

Customer Experience & Relationship Management



Ensure world-class service standards are delivered to individual customers at every interaction. Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve services. Act as the primary point of contact for VIP clients, providing concierge-level support. Work with Operations to ensure seamless execution of customer bookings.

Partnerships & Market Expansion



Develop partnerships with travel agencies, hotels, lifestyle platforms, and tourism boards. Identify cross-selling opportunities with luxury lifestyle services (events, retail, aviation, hospitality). Support expansion into new consumer markets within the UAE and regionally.

Analytics & Market Intelligence



Monitor customer trends, competitor offerings, and tourism dynamics to shape strategy. Prepare regular reports on B2C performance, revenue, and ROI of campaigns. Recommend data-driven strategies to improve customer lifetime value.

Qualifications & Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). 5-8 years of proven B2C sales/marketing experience in luxury transportation, hospitality, tourism, or lifestyle sectors. Strong understanding of consumer behavior in the UAE market. Experience with digital marketing tools, CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zoho, Odoo), and analytics. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory). Fluency in English; Arabic or additional languages is an advantage.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
