We are expanding our reach and seeking an ambitious, results-driven B2B Salesperson to represent our brand and grow our retail presence across the UAE.

Role Overview



We are looking for a dynamic and motivated

B2B Salesperson

who will play a key role in building partnerships, securing new clients, and establishing NALA sales points in gyms, retail outlets, and fitness communities. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator with proven sales experience, fluent in both Arabic and English, and equipped with a car to travel across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities



Identify and approach potential B2B clients (gyms, fitness studios, sports clubs, and retail shops) to present NALA products and negotiate sales agreements. Build and maintain strong business relationships to secure sales points and distribution channels for NALA activewear. Achieve monthly sales targets through business development, partnerships, and direct selling. Provide product demonstrations and highlight the unique features of NALA activewear (sustainable fabrics, premium quality, stylish designs). Collect feedback from clients and report market insights to the management team. Represent the NALA brand with professionalism and enthusiasm at all times.

Requirements



Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience

(preferably in the UAE). Previous experience in

B2B sales

(fashion, sportswear, or consumer goods sector is highly desirable). Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Must own a

car

and have a valid UAE driving license. Fluent in

Arabic and English

(spoken and written). Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Familiar with the UAE market and customer landscape (especially gyms and retail).
