Role Overview
Leoni International is looking for a driven and professional
B2B Sales Representative
to lead sales efforts for the Leoni platform targeting schools and education centers. You will be responsible for establishing long-term relationships, demonstrating the value of our platform's features, and achieving sales targets in the education sector.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Outreach
Identify, research, and approach potential school and education center clients in Qatar and the region.
Develop and execute sales plans tailored for educational institutions, from primary through secondary levels.
Client Engagement & Presentations
Conduct bilingual product demonstrations (English & Arabic) for school leadership and decision-makers.
Clearly communicate the benefits of the Leoni platform: personalized learning paths, AI recommendations, tutoring, and student growth tracking.
Proposal & Contract Management
Prepare and present proposals, packages, and pricing structures to meet schools' needs.
Negotiate terms and close sales agreements.
Account Management & Follow-Up
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and upselling opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation.
Market Feedback & Insights
Collect feedback from schools to improve product offerings and competitive positioning.
Stay updated on competitor activity and educational technology trends.
Sales Target & Reporting
Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets.
Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and performance reports.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in education or EdTech solutions.
Fluency in both English and Arabic
(written and spoken) - required*. Strong communication and presentation skills with school leadership and stakeholders.
Understanding of learning platforms, AI-driven education, and school environments.
Target-driven with excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Living in Qatar - required*.
