YOOCHA MATCHA(TM) is a dynamic matcha supplier for 800+ Cafes & specialty coffee shops. We are looking for an ambitious Arabic speaking Sales Executive to build and maintain a strong relationship with new and existing customers across the GCC to achieve set sales targets.

A great presenter who can show the product's benefits to justify the price. Good at numbers and have strong analytical skills to analyze which approaches are successful and multiply them. Know what CRM is and how to optimize daily schedules with it.

Your daily responsibilities:

Seek new customers within the assigned area to develop the customer and distributor base. Close deals and contracts with new customers. Maximize the number of products purchased by customers to maximize sales results. Develop and conduct ideas, plans, and activities contributing to sales growth. Perform KPIs to ensure the target achievements. Fill the CRM with the details of the activities and results. Prepare the sales reports every week/month. Develop and maintain strong product know-how to be able to advise and convince customers through technical knowledge. Travel to GCC for business purposes, as necessary. Represent our product at exhibitions, trade shows, and other events.

Key Skills and Requirements:

2+ years experience in FMCG or hospitality industry in Sales related roles; Minimum of 12 months experience in the UAE or KSA; Ability to work with small wholesale, B2B; High self-motivated and well-organized with an aptitude for problem-solving; Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks; Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages; Excellent spoken and written English and Arabic; Experienced in any CRM; Have a UAE Driver's License & Car.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
