Tanella is a premium flower company based in the UAE, offering high-quality floral products and arrangements for businesses and events. We are expanding our corporate client network and seeking an ambitious and dynamic B2B Sales Representative to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential business clients (hotels, restaurants, event planners, offices, etc.)
Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate customers
Prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets
Work closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction
Report on sales activities and market trends
Requirements:
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the flower, hospitality, or event industry
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
UAE driving license preferred
