About the Company
The client is a reputable printing and advertising services company in the UAE with over 3 decades of experience in the market. They offer a wide range of visual communication services, including large-format printing, branding, event and exhibition graphics, signage, and promotional solutions tailored for corporate clients, agencies, and project-based purchasers throughout the UAE.
Role Overview
This position entails a hands-on leadership role with revenue ownership, focused on establishing and expanding an outbound B2B sales function in Dubai. Responsibilities include personal sales delivery, strategic development of corporate accounts, recruitment of sales team members, and implementation of sales processes. The primary revenue objective is to achieve AED 5 million in new business within the first year.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Achievement

  • Deliver AED 5M in new business sales in Year 1.
  • Personally generate and close strategic, high-value corporate accounts.
Corporate & Strategic Selling
  • Sell printing, signage, advertising, exhibitions, and branding services to corporate, government, and large project-based clients.
  • Build partnerships across events, exhibitions, fit-out, signage, and contractor ecosystems.
Team Building & Leadership
  • Recruit, lead, and manage a high-performing outbound B2B sales team.
  • Mentor and enable team members to meet sales targets.
Sales Operations & Process Implementation
  • Implement CRM system, pipeline discipline, and sales processes.
  • Set up structured sales reporting, forecasting, and KPI tracking.
Client & Channel Development
  • Develop strong client relationships and referral channels for repeat and referral business.
  • Represent the company in industry forums and networking events.
Requirements:
Experience & Qualifications
  • 5-8 years of B2B sales experience in printing, signage, advertising, events, exhibitions, or related services.
  • Demonstrated success selling to corporate, government, or large project-based clients.
  • Proven ability to personally close large, complex deals.
  • Strong understanding of the UAE market and buying ecosystem.
  • Track record of consistent target achievement.
