Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Agent

(Business Development Executive

) to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling

visa services

, handling outbound calls, and converting leads into sales.

They will be required to maintain a strong sales pipeline, update the CRM daily, and achieve monthly sales targets.

Lead Conversion:

Call potential clients, explain visa services, and close deals.

Sales Target:

Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.

CRM Management:

Update the system with lead status and follow-up details on a daily basis.

Customer Relationship:

Build and maintain relationships with clients.

Market Awareness:

Stay updated on UAE visa regulations and industry trends.

Follow-Ups:

Handle client queries and provide post-sales support if needed.

Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum 3 - 4 years in sales, preferably in visa services, travel, or immigration.

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication in English & Hindi, Other Languages is an extra benefit.

Sales Skills:

Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

Tech-Savvy:

Experience with CRM software is a plus.

Work Authorization:

Must be eligible for employment in the UAE & Must be able to relocate.

Work Location:

Sharjah - UAE

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
