Responsibilities:



Generate and process B2B leads from various platforms, including cold calling, establishing contacts, and organizing face-to-face meetings to form new partnerships. Attract real estate agents for renting out new apartments for short-term leases. Engage with corporate clients via phone, messages, and in-person meetings, focusing on their needs and offering tailored solutions. Achieve sales targets: 3 properties in the first month and 5 properties every subsequent month. Expand the company's rental portfolio through active search for corporate clients, property owners, and real estate agencies. Conduct meetings and calls with property owners, brokers, and real estate professionals to close rental contracts. Attend industry events to establish relationships with brokers and potential partners. Develop and maintain strong business relationships to ensure long-term collaboration and constant growth. Provide regular sales reports and updates on performance metrics to management.

Vacation Home Listing Management:



Update the DTCM portal with guest check-in and check-out registration. Obtain DTCM approvals for listing new properties. Prepare property management agreements and management letters for DTCM. Update and manage property listings on Bayut, Propertyfinder, Airbnb, Booking.com, and other relevant platforms. Ensure all listings are accurate, visually appealing, and contain up-to-date information about availability.

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized vacation home administrator

to join our team. The ideal candidate should have significant experience in managing vacation homes and be able to update property listings on platforms like Bayut, Propertyfinder, Airbnb, and Booking.com. Additionally, the candidate should have in-depth knowledge and practical experience in all operational processes of vacation home business, including contract preparation.

We are looking for a proactive, result-driven sales specialist and administrator who is committed to building strong partnerships and driving business growth. You should be ready to work independently, take initiative, and confidently engage with potential partners.

Required Skills:



Ability to independently calculate the profitability of properties for owners, including market analysis, rental cost calculation, and profitability assessment. Experience in closing rental contracts and managing relationships with property owners. Experience in handling contracts and legal documents related to property rentals. Ability to provide property owners with accurate information about profitability, analyze financial performance, and offer optimal solutions to maximize returns. Strong negotiation skills when dealing with property owners and potential partners to close beneficial deals. Experience with property rental platforms (Bayut, Propertyfinder, Airbnb, Booking.com). Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Knowledge of the real estate market in Dubai and key business areas to interact effectively with property owners and partners. Experience in lead generation, cold calling, and meetings to acquire new properties. Passion for establishing business connections, including attending industry events to network with brokers and potential clients. Proficiency in English (both written and spoken); knowledge of Arabic or Russian will be a plus.
