Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B Sales within the telecom company.
Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals.
Monitor KPIs and sales metrics; generate weekly and monthly performance reports.
Conduct regular training sessions to sharpen product knowledge and sales techniques.
Oversee pipeline management and ensure timely follow-ups and closures.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine go-to-market strategies.
Handle escalations and support team members in complex negotiations.
Identify new business opportunities and key accounts for strategic growth.
Maintain strong relationships with high-value clients and decision-makers.
8 Hours working hours, 6 Days per week.
