We are seeking for B2B Sale Executive for Watches Main responsibilities will include:
Act as an ambassador for the Brand at all times.
Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns
Creating and maintaining customer\xe2\x80\x99s network
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
Processing transactions quickly and accurately
Perform timely follow up with customers
Maintain eye-catching effective displays within the store Follow operating procedures related to sales and stock
Work to achieve sales targets, drive store business and grow the client base
Demonstrate knowledge of products along with exceptional selling skills and recommendations
Maintain the highest degree of customer service every day and aim to exceed customer expectations of services and products, thereby ensuring high customer satisfaction continuously
To educate customers to the brand, explaining the values of the brand to new clients
Keep your client list aware of upcoming events and any new products
Perform as a team-player and contribute to the overall objectives of the brand and Company
Skill requirement:
Outdoor sell experience is mandatory for this position.
Ability to build strong relationships with customers
Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
Hands-on experience with POS transactions
Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
Familiarity with inventory procedures
Passionate about the luxury retail sector
Well-presented and polished
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Works well within a friendly and supportive team
Dynamic, self-motivated, open-minded and result-driven, Customer service skills.
