This role provides support to the B2B Marketing Team in planning, executing and evaluating marketing campaigns for Experience Hub attractions and destinations. Also includes active involvement in all marketing initiatives including campaign planning, management and execution and marketing administration including the development of reports, budget tracking, stakeholder management and internal communications for marketing activities as well as assisting in organizing trade shows and events. The job scope includes:

  • Manage sales toolkit (briefing designers, updating collaterals, developing presentations....etc)
  • Developing, ordering and maintaining sales marketing collateral and giveaways production for and with Trade Partners.
  • Design and send EDMs through EH emailers platforms
  • Assist in creating marketing assets and materials of trade partners campaigns
  • Act as a coordinator between internal department (Procurement, Legal and Finance), ensuring to ensure smooth delivery of team projects following EH internal process
  • Oversee Travel partners EH attractions and destinations Content online & offline
  • Assist in developing, ordering and managing giveaways
  • Assist sales team on FAM Events with marketing requirements
  • Supporting on all B2B filming and photoshoots from preparation, setups and coordination.
  • Being very well organized and structured with all communications and reports.
  • Ensure all communications, particularly relating to B2B Marketing & internal departments are handled promptly and professionally
  • Ensure proper and timely execution of clerical tasks, including reports and PowerPoint presentations as required
  • Maintain the department's files.
  • Support the Head of B2B Marketing relationships with all internal Experience Hub departments and all relevant Stakeholders to ensure all requested marketing support deliverables are executed on-time, in line with the EH attractions and destinations brand and marketing strategy.
  • Organize the logistics required for trade events and shows
  • Responsible for the B2B Marketing Expense budget, ensuring POs have been delivered to the supplier, receiving supplier invoices and tracking monthly expenses to make sure actual expenditure meets expected expense forecast
To be considered for this role, you need to have
  • A qualification in Marketing
  • At least two years of experience in Marketing
  • Excellent knowledge of Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Brand management experience
  • Good understanding of budget management
  • Excellent English language skills
  • Good project management skills
  • Able to work under pressure with tight time frames
  • Good attention to detail
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to quickly identify issues and come up with solutions.
Desirable
  • Bachelor in Marketing or Communications
  • More than 2 years of experience in related field
  • Trade marketing experience within travel industry
  • Data reporting skills
  • Sound copywriting skills
