As a Team Leader at RITS, you will be responsible for supervising and guiding a team of sales and service professionals, ensuring performance targets are met, and maintaining strong client relationships. This role involves outdoor fieldwork (B2B) and requires a proactive, organized, and results-oriented individual
Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and support a team to achieve sales and performance goals.
Conduct field visits with team members to meet business clients (B2B).
Monitor team performance and provide training or coaching as needed.
Prepare regular reports and updates for management.
Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a supervisory or team leader role (preferably in sales or field operations).
Must hold a valid Qatari driving license and own a car.
Must be able to provide a valid NOC (No Objection Certificate).
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Self-motivated, ambitious, and able to work under pressure.
