Our Nespresso business is looking to hire a B2B Commercial Manager to drive the Nespresso Business results & Brand Image within the United Arab Emirates Market by translating and implementing the global Commercial Strategy into the local market and ensuring the Nespresso Consumer experience across all B2B Customer touchpoints.

Drive the Nespresso Business Results & Brand Image:
Developing and ensure execution of the Omnichannel B2B Strategy based on data & insights
Ensure effective Liaison with Marketing, Customer Care & Service and B2B to deliver a consistent omnichannel consumer experience and facilitate an effective customer feedback loop.
Monitor Performance of B2B Channels and make decisions to drive continuous improvement.
Identify commercial opportunities in the market to foster sustainable growth in the B2B Channels
Manage the Base of Horeca Office Customers which are targeted by Marketing & E-Commerce Activities.
Manage the B2B P&L
Key leadership & Management responsibilities:
Drive overall organizational business results by making tactical and strategic decisions and by building the organization in a sustainable approach.
Drive innovative solutions that are relevant to Nespresso by following the latest developments in the field.
Act as a Spokesperson within the organizationa and in the Team and be the end-responsible for the department and the department results.
Translate the global strategy to Local Market needs and define initiatives to achieve business results.
Ensure optimal investments and decisions are made in the Operational Planning process for both CAPEX & OPEX in collaboration with Finance & Marketing.
Effective team management & department budgets
Align and engage with the Head Quarters stakeholders and other markets\' counterparts on strategy, priorities, and best practices.
Improve and implement efficient ways of working in line with the operational plan & Company guidelines.
People Management:
Attract, retain talent & develop the personal effectiveness of employees by regular coaching & implementation of learning activities.
Build a strong team where team members collaborate effectively and understand their shared goals and purpose.
Lead by Example in terms of behaviors and safety leadership
Build and embed the Nespresso Culture by promoting and supporting an engaging, trusting, healthy and safe working environment that encourages teamwork, ambition & High levels of engagement.

MSc/MA Level in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant field.
Professional experience:
10 Years or more in B2B Business Operations Experience.
Extensive commercial experience in marketing & Sales with strategic mindset, preferably in FMCG, Office or Horeca.
Experience in Field Sales Management, 3rd Party Management, Key Account Management.
Extensive organizational and leadership experience.
Strong stakeholder management.
