Role Overview:
We are seeking a
B2B Client Relations Executive
to join our team. The role involves managing client relationships, coordinating bookings, supporting the sales team, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary contact for B2B clients, handling inquiries and follow-ups
Manage bookings and orders with accuracy and timeliness
Coordinate with suppliers, partners, and internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
Maintain up-to-date client information in CRM systems
Support the sales team with reports, presentations, and proposals
Carry out general administrative and coordination tasks
Qualifications:
Experience in B2B client relations, sales support, or administration
Strong communication skills in
English and Hindi
(spoken and written)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized under pressure
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
Knowledge of Dubai's travel and tourism sector is an advantage
