Job Description

A global organization offering a broad range of services, including investment, corporate, and private banking, as well as asset management. The organization is currently seeking an Azure Technology Lead to join their team and help drive its cloud architecture and strategy initiatives.
Responsibilities:
  • Solution Design & Delivery Oversight: Manage an Azure-based Managed Service team to deliver the best cloud experience.
  • Azure Service Integration: Integrate IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS offerings within enterprise environments using Azure-native tools.
  • Cloud Automation: Implement automation using Terraform, identify and execute infrastructure automation use cases, and integrate with ServiceNow.
  • Mentorship & Team Enablement: Coach a team of 25+ members, promoting Azure skills through training and best practices.
  • Ensure Stability & Health: Maintain the stability and health of customer Azure environments within defined SLA ranges.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Azure Expertise: Proven ability to design and manage Azure solutions, with relevant Azure certifications.
  • Integration Skills: Proficiency in integrating IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS offerings within enterprise environments.
  • Automation Skills: Experience with cloud automation using Terraform and integration with ServiceNow.
  • Leadership: Strong experience in coaching and enabling a large technical team.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
