As an Azure Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible lead for the delivery of projects. Ensures and monitors budget, timelines, resources, scope and client expectations for Applications & Infrastructure type projects. You will also translate client needs and challenges into solutions, support envisioning, architectural assessments, technology choice, and estimates.

Key Role Responsibilities:

Technical:

• Design cloud-based solutions and cloud architecture
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to develop specifications for new cloud-based products/services, applications and solutions
• Drive the roll-out of cloud management platforms, evaluate its performance and implements enhancements
• Designs and develops IT architecture (integrated process, applications, data and technology) solutions to business problems in alignment with the enterprise architecture direction and standards
• Develops specifications for new products/services, applications and service offerings
• Assesses the compatibility and integration of products/services proposed as standards to ensure an integrated architecture across interdependent technologies
• Provide the work\'s technical scope, defining and driving the best solution to meet the technical performance, scalability, flexibility, operations and capability needs of your client
• Oversee and manage a cross-functional development team that designs, develops, and enhances software assets that meet or exceed internal and external (client) expectations, in line with product functionality, cost and delivery schedules.
• Coach, mentor, and motivate team members to influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work
• Apply knowledge to create an environment that fosters accountability, quality, commitment, growth and innovation and support the sales process as needed.
• Recommend changes in development, maintenance and system standards.
• Own product line engineering responsibility within a business unit: Own, manage, and communicate engineering metrics; has responsibilities across geographies; manages the cost of engineering across portfolios and capabilities; articulates the quality of the software and what quality improvement measures are in place; measure of responsibility for client satisfaction of the products, and responsible for cost of implementation

Delivery:

• Manage issues and risks associated with the project, including balancing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risks
• Develop, implement, and maintain a detailed project work plan, including appropriate controls, governance structures and monitoring to ensure on-time, on-budget, and quality outcomes
• Ensure accurate development and traceability of requirements during project lifecycle
• Manage the change enablement process throughout project duration
• Manage client expectations, updates and buy-in, including representing Avanade at governance meetings
• Manage and develop customer relationships and perceptions to achieve mutual goals
• Manage Avanade and subcontractor staff assigned to the project.
• Determine the project approach, staffing, responsibilities, and schedule
• Ensure that project resources receive any necessary training and are used effectively
• Engage and manage appropriate onshore, offshore, and near shore workforces, including Service Licensing Agreements (SLAs)
• Assist in the sales process, including estimating work effort and expenses using Avanade\'s standard tools.

Key Role Skill & Capability Requirements:

You are likely an experienced Architect/Manager with deep Azure skills, someone who can take care of both technical solutioning and acting as delivery lead.

• Extensive experience in Azure projects technical solutioning and the lifecycle of planning, implementing, and maintaining such solutions
• Extensive Experience with large technology projects
• Experience consulting with external clients on complex projects, including in leadership roles
• Experience working with global teams on implementation and maintenance projects
• Experience working with offshore teams to facilitate project work
• Demonstrated excellence in communicating and presenting complex information to technical and non-technical stakeholders, both verbally and in written form
• Fluent Arabic is nice-to-have

\xc2\xb7 Scrum/SAFe, AZ-900, AZ-305, AZ-400

Preferred Education Background:

\xc2\xb7 You are likely to possess a Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field from an accredited college or university (Information Technology preferred).

\xc2\xb7 You are likely to have 7+ years of relevant experience, including Azure solution architecture and delivery management
