We are looking for a passionate and self-motivated professional to join our Partner Relations team in Dubai.
The main responsibilities of the position include:
+ Develop and implement Partner retention strategies as per the Company's overall strategy to enhance loyalty and maximize lifetime value.
+ Act as the main contact for Partners, fostering strong relationships through personalized support.
+ Monitor Partners' satisfaction, gather and utilise relevant feedback to improve experiences and tailor initiatives accordingly.
+ Analyse Partners' behavior to uncover opportunities for upselling and customisation of products and services.
+ Stay up to date on Company's products and marketing promotions and communicate them effectively to Partners.
+ Communicate ideas and suggestions for platform improvements to the Business Development teams
+ Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape and best practices in Partner retention, continuously seeking opportunities to improve the Company's retention efforts.
+ Undertake any other relevant task as assigned.
Main requirements:
+ Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
+ At least 2 years of experience in a position with similar responsibilities.
+ Fluent Azeri speaker with excellent oral and written skills in English.
+ Ability to build and maintain excellent business relationships.
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
+ Target-oriented and resourceful.
+ Ability to work autonomously and under pressure.
+ Valid work permit.
