Aws Support Team Lead

Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Development Engineer to lead our L1 support team and handle L2 escalations for our cloud-based applications.

Responsibilities



Lead, mentor, and manage the L1 support team, ensuring proper ticket prioritization and SLA compliance. Take full ownership of L2 escalations and drive issues to resolution. Troubleshoot production issues across AWS services. Debug and fix issues using JavaScript technologies (Node.js). Manage customer-facing communication for high-priority incidents when required.

Requirements



4+ years of experience in development, cloud engineering, or technical support roles. Strong practical experience with AWS services. Hands-on experience in JavaScript, Node.js. Prior experience leading or managing a small technical/support team. Strong analytical and communication skills, especially when handling incidents. Comfortable managing ticket queues and working with SLAs. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
