Dicetek LLC is looking for an enthusiastic and service-oriented Awareness Officer to support a government healthcare initiative in Dubai. The role focuses on promoting the NABIDH digital health system across hospitals and medical facilities, educating both healthcare professionals and the public about its features, benefits, and usage. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a passion for public engagement within the UAE healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit hospitals and healthcare facilities according to a set schedule to promote awareness of the NABIDH system.
• Explain the purpose, benefits, and use of the system to medical professionals and community members in clear and simple terms.
• Distribute awareness materials and ensure consistent messaging across targeted groups.
• Engage with the public and respond courteously to questions or concerns about the system.
• Gather user feedback and report challenges or improvement areas to the relevant internal teams.
• Maintain a professional appearance and conduct that reflects positively on the organization and its partners.
• Support departmental initiatives and perform additional tasks as assigned by the Department Manager.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Public Relations, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Prior experience in public outreach, awareness campaigns, or healthcare communications preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Ability to represent the organization professionally in diverse environments.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when coordinating field visits.
• Customer-oriented mindset and proactive problem-solving approach.
