Profile
Key prerequisites will include: Min of 8+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits.Private sector, consulting, with real estate background preferredProven track record in implementation of C&B initiativesExcellent financial skills and analysis of dataExcellent knowledge of C&B best practicesGood conflict resolution skills, communication, interpersonal and presentation skillsStrong analytical skillsUnderstanding of the impact of organizational culture on engagement and performanceBachelor\'s degree in engineering, business management or human resources
