  • Responsible for the end to end operational processing activity of Transfer agency products / Fund Administration and Fund Accounting in accordance with regulatory and compliance requirements, with an increased focus on accurate and timely execution to enhance the client experience in both of Internal and external fund administration and custodian.
  • Responsible for building the required operational infrastructure of diverse Funds products like mutual funds , fixed income funds , hedge fund , structured funds , ETF .
  • Communicating with many entities (Clients/Counterparties/Fund administration ) both local and global ,
  • Strive to achieve industry leading service delivery ensuring close liaison and regular service reviews with the Stakeholder teams and conduct detailed root cause analysis to understand issues to enable improvement plans to defined and implemented.
  • Ensure that the services provided to internal and external clients comply with FAB policies and the relevant laws and regulations and that SSO responds to changes in an appropriate manner and timeframe
  • To support the SVP-SSO in day to day office management and administration duties within the department, including participation in projects, and the generation and distribution of MIS and status updates on initiatives and projects.
  • Work with the SVP-SSO to build and maintain capacity planning models and tools to enable the department to identify and justify current and future headcount requirements.
  • Support the TA ( transfer agent ) activities within GCC and assign funds , build right TOM with Middle office and Fund administration
  • Update SOPs in relation to new product and support as per Product Program
  • Playing a role on Financial transaction support for SSO as per agreed and assigned tasks - based on SSO Head guidelines
  • Running the Book Building processes - monitoring and verification collection transactions- and build SOP and SLA with Advisory & Equity Capital Markets - GCF team
  • Enhanced the controls on process run our side the system , being a SPOC On RCSA / BCP / BIA exercises
  • Playing a successor role the SSO team as per assigned task by SVP SSO .
Qualifications

Minimum Qualification
  • Bachelor\'s degree in in Bachelors in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Accounting
or related discipline.

Minimum Experience
  • 8 years\' relevant experience in the banking sector with at least 5 years in similar positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities in the CENTRALIZED OPERATIONS function.
