  • Design, Develop and execute new programs to drive card acquisition numbers
  • Build best in class compelling customer propositions to drive cross-sell, and bottom line results
  • Conceptualize and implement sales strategies including Cross-sell, tactics and market driven campaigns that optimize sales channels performance
  • Identify opportunities and implement changes to credit policy in collaboration with Retail Credit to drive credit card sales
  • Identify opportunities and execute changes to sourcing process to reduce friction, improve sales effectiveness, customer experience and TAT
  • Establish new channels for sourcing credit card customers for the bank
  • Own the design, development & deployment of digital capabilities for sourcing and servicing of credit card customers
Core Responsibilities
  • Work with the Product teams in designing and delivering customer propositions to drive card acquisition volume
  • Design appropriate Products Bundles basis customer needs, design and drive the technical and operational frameworks to source such bundles.
  • Ensure sales channels are trained appropriately on both policy and product and are able to sell effectively
  • Collaborate with Retail Credit Policy on evaluating sales & portfolio outcomes and drive policy/process changes so as to positively drive sales volume
  • Design, develop and execute cross-sell and up-sell strategies to increase product holding and customer penetration within existing customer base
  • Collaborate with product, digital, policy, risk and compliance to layout the digitization roadmap for the cards business
  • Design digital customer journeys for customer/card acquisition that are fit for purpose and fit for needs. Collaborate with stakeholders across the bank to deliver the digitization roadmap including working with IT, Risk, Credit, Compliance, Digital, Fraud and Information security
  • In conjunction with Head of Products, facilitate and establish the Mass Customer portfolio management strategies
  • Leverage use cases like next best customer offers & leads management based on data and insights.
  • Work with marketing, analytics to ensure use cases are delivered/executed and later tracked refined constantly for effectiveness.
  • Identify and setup new channels or define Omni-channel experiences for customers during the card acquisition journey. Work with stakeholders across the bank including Credit, Policy, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Operations and IT as required to establish channels.
Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures:
  • Identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes, and Credit & Underwriting Policies while taking into account 'international leading best practice', improvement of business processes and cost reduction.
  • Adhere to the Standard Operating Procedures, Policies, Code of Conduct and Service Standards of the bank, ensure that team members do the same and initiate appropriate disciplinary action for any violations noted.
People Management Responsibilities
  • Defines goals and key performance indicators for each member of the team and ensure effective implementation of the FAB performance management process
  • Develops talent within the team by providing guidance and coaching to achieve the defined goals
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in business administration, finance, banking or a related major field of study
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in Cards Management & leadership roles
