JOB PURPOSE:
To support the Cards Business in managing the Cards Portfolio effectively and to deliver planned revenues, through organic and inorganic ENR Management.
Effectively design the card activation, card usage and retention startegy and monitor the same on ongoing basis.
Budgeting and forecasting on regular basis so as to plan for the future.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for planning & implementation of the portfolio management strategy
Work out with detailed plan on areas like Book Building, Spend Enhancement, and Activation & Retention.
Responsible for managing the output of Tele calling Channel which is involved in areas like Activation, Retention & Book Building.
Responsible for development of new products/services/pricing to drive value to the customer.
Works on specific strategic projects that help maintain the competitiveness of products like the loyalty software system and other technology developments in the future.
Ensures relevant and timely MIS is available to provide insights into all campaigns conducted and the effect of the same on the portfolio.
Develops new programs to promote spend / revolving behaviour and loyalty of the card members by innovative use of the reward points program.
Monitor different customer segments across card types, vintage, demographic and behaviour; create marketing programs to increase participation and utilization of credit card.
Liase with Sales and Retention unit to develop Activation Programs to enhance activation rates and reduce dormancy
Review MIS related to cards portfolio in terms of usage, spend, activation, retention, revolve rate. Instalment balances etc. and identify the key drivers and recommend remedial measure to counter the effect.
Drive on-going process improvement, reducing errors, rework, cycle time and cost
Prepare Business case for new development - for approval of management and payment organization.
Liaise with Vendors/ ITD/ Other Depts. for resolving /enhancement of product/service related matters.

Skills & Experience:
Excellent analytical skills to be able to track program effectiveness, portfolio trends and identify weaknesses / opportunities.
Excellent understanding of Cards financial drivers and revenue generators
Excellent communication skills
Excellent knowledge and experience of Credit Card Business & Operations
Knowledge and experience in Product Development and marketing in general
