Job Purpose:
CPMO Change Assistant Vice President is accountable to support CPMO Change and culture in Central Program Management Office.
Key Accountabilities:
Responsible for Change management for the Central PMO Office
Collaborates with communications team to
Develops communication strategy for CPMO office
Develops and maintains yearly CPMO communication plan and communication templates
Responsible for Change Manager activities
Understand Organisation realities via current-state assessments
Drives awareness of the defined FAB Project\'s Change Strategy and Vision that guides all FAB Change
Guide business on defining the change outcomes & metrics to measure success in change management efforts
Generate buy-in and commitment
Drive CPMO awareness needs throughout the business
Manage key stakeholders and align on Change Plans and outcomes to deploy a compelling Program Change Journey
Provide guidance and act as an SME for key strategic requests from program managers.
Centrally monitor, track and measure change adoption and value realisation of Change interventions
Supports Program Managers that require change management delivery initiatives ensuring milestones are integrated into program plans
Act as a consultant to delivery team for supporting in managing key deliverables and complex change issues
Create a central Change Agent network for fostering a culture of Change throughout the business
Align with I&G Team, Value & Knowledge and Upskilling manager on styling and grammar
Develops events calendar
Supports the design of initiatives to maximize the engagement of all employees and build bank\'s commitment to the target culture
Comms and Culture reports with VP Head of Change to report to senior management committees
Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience
Mandatory: University Degree in Business, Communications, PR, Human Resources, Marketing or equivalent
Preferred: Certification in Program Management/ Agile
Preferred: MBA or equivalent Master\'s degree
Total experience of 6-8 years managing an HR or Marketing department - 1-3 years experience in program/ project management
Experience in creating content for learning and communications
Experience in managing the team size of more than 1-3 people
Proficient in Arabic is a plus

Awareness of customer experience
Experience of working with cross functional team
Excellent stakeholder management capability and working with senior management
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications; PowerPoint, Word etc.
