Job Purpose:
Change Resource & Capacity Management - Assistant Vice President is accountable to support all CPMO & Change related Skill mapping and utilization and Program resourcing masterplan for the Central Program Management Office.
Key Accountabilities:
Responsible for Resource and Capacity activities for the PMO Office
Collaborates with HR to:
Maintain new joiner process status and joining forecast by liaise directly with HR and Talent Acquisition team
Analyse and map the current and future skills needed for successful project delivery
Prioritise, develop, and validate the future roles and skills needed into a talent strategy & roadmap
Define and maintain career paths of Central PMO Office and supporting learning curriculum for employee development
Responsible for Resource and Capacity
Create a Resourcing Masterplan and continuously adjust plan to understand resourcing on projects and programs bank- wide
Develop and activate playbook and onboarding session for new employees to Central PMO Office
Change Management Resourcing across programs
Launch and pilot prioritised talent actions and quick wins to create delivery ready talent pool
Assess current project/ program talent against emerging talent needs
Support Portfolio Heads in Central PMO for resource utilisation on the programs - Skills, Capacity & load
Identify gaps in availability, utilisation or skills match and create a plan to overcome those
Work with Knowledge and Upskilling manager to define and maintain learning paths of Central PMO Office and supporting learning curriculum for employee development
Supports in planning, budgeting, and implementing of CPMO events
Defines and raises Talent team budget requirements to VP head of change management annually
Prepares and shares Learning reports with CPMO Head of Change to report to senior management committees
Qualifications
Mandatory: University Degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing or equivalent
Preferred: MBA or equivalent Master\'s degree
Total experience of 6-8 years managing an HR or Marketing department
Experience in creating content for learning and communications
Experience in managing the team size of more than 1-3 people
Proficient in Arabic is a plus

Excellent presentation and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications; PowerPoint, Word etc.
