aircraft to join our team in Abu Dhabi! This role involves performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on aircraft electrical systems, ensuring optimal functionality and mission readiness. Reporting directly to the
Supervisor
, the Avionics Technician will play a vital role in supporting the maintenance team and overall unit operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct
inspection, repair, troubleshooting, and testing
of aircraft and equipment electrical systems in compliance with technical publications, regulations, and company policies.
Maintain aircraft
electrical systems in peak operational condition
to ensure mission readiness.
Provide
on-the-job training (OJT)
to customer trainees, equipping them with the skills for independent aircraft electrical repair.
Accurately complete all
maintenance documentation and records
, following regulatory and company standards.
Execute directives from the
Supervisor
in support of the maintenance team and operational goals.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Federal Communications Commission (FCC) license
or industry equivalent.
High School Diploma
required.
Graduation from
military or commercial aircraft maintenance school
or relevant course.
Minimum of 6 years
in avionics or aviation electrical maintenance.
Minimum of 3 years
performing electrical repair on Bell 407 aircraft.
Strong proficiency in
common tools, special tools, test equipment, and aviation ground support equipment
related to avionics maintenance.
Must be able to attain a
UAE Driving License
.
