Job Description

Role Purpose


To support, maintain and continually improve the quality of section's operational management systems, ensuring compliance with the adopted systems or working practices, as well as its update with all applicable laws, regulations and standards. The job will include providing technical support and/or assistance to the Section Head.


Key Responsibilities/Duties:


1. Provides Technical support to the Airspace Safety Section in validating and processing online submissions within the officer's skill set and understanding.


2. Prepares and maintain Technical reports, presentations and communication as required.


3. Provide Technical feedback to customer services on related enquiries to RPAS/Drone and or UAS Customer queries.


4. Assist and review Process Flow Charts of sections processes and suggest ways to improve the process and make it fool proof in meeting customer satisfaction so as to minimize or eliminate faults/defects if any


5. Develop skill set and knowledge of Aviation global best practice and policies related to Air Traffic Management as well as UAS Policies and or Protocols.


6. Assist with the organizing, assembly and or structuring of aviation workshops/seminars and or conferences.


7. Ensure audit, inspection and testing of section's systems and processes. Measurement and reporting to the Head of Section on processes performance. Analysis of shortcomings to establish root cause and appropriate response


8. Ensure that audits follow-ups are conducted on time and the timely closing and effectiveness of all corrective and preventive action requests raised and elimination of the root cause.


9. Ensure Coordination with Strategy & Organizational excellence quality function to develop, implement, and monitor annual internal and external audit plans in the section for DCAA's certified quality management systems, such as ISO9001, !SO14001, ISO18001, etc


10. Manage and maintain section's database, ensuring analysis and reporting of section's performance regularly to head of section.


11. Perform any other related duties as required for the Section /Department.

Qualifications

Academic Qualifications:


Bachelor's Degree in Aviation or equivalent


Certifications:


Fundamental understanding of Aviation and its associated entities and subsidiaries.


Professional Experience:


At least (0 - 2) years' working experience in the same field.
