About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and organized

AV/ELV Project Coordinator

to support project planning, execution, documentation, and day-to-day coordination between site teams, suppliers, and clients. The role requires strong technical understanding of AV/ELV systems and excellent coordination skills.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Coordination

Assist the Project Manager in planning and executing AV/ELV installations Coordinate daily activities with technicians, site engineers, and subcontractors Prepare project progress updates, action plans, and follow-up reports Ensure tasks are completed within timelines and budget

Documentation & Reporting

Prepare material submittals, shop drawings coordination, and project documentation Maintain files for project approvals, permits, work orders, and correspondence Prepare weekly and monthly project status reports

Client & Stakeholder Communication

Act as point of contact for clients regarding scheduling, updates, and requirements Attend client and consultant meetings; prepare meeting minutes and follow-up action lists Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and external stakeholders for timely material delivery

Procurement & Material Handling

Review BOQ and coordinate procurement requests Follow up on quotation comparisons, LPOs, and delivery schedules Maintain inventory of project materials and equipment

Site Coordination

Monitor site progress and support on-site requirements Schedule manpower allocation and resources in coordination with project leads Report issues, delays, and risks proactively to management

Compliance & Quality

Ensure project execution meets client specifications, standards, and safety guidelines Support quality audits and project handover documentation

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, IT, or related field Minimum 2-4 years of experience in AV/ELV coordination or similar role Strong understanding of systems such as: CCTV Access control Structured cabling Audio/Video systems BMS, SMATV, Intercom, etc. Excellent communication, planning, and multitasking skills Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint) UAE experience preferred Valid UAE driving license is an advantage

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
