To operate, maintain and repair all aspects if the hotel A/V systems and equipment in accordance with approved standards to achieve optimum operating efficiency of equipment at all times. To delight customer at all customer contacts.
Sets up the following:
o Projectors
o Sound Systems
o Video conferencing equipment
o LCD or plasma screens
o Video & still cameras
o Image editing software & lighting
Sets up equipment according to the instruction based on the Banquet Events Order (BEO) or client.
Tests equipment before the event and operating the equipment during rehearsal, testing, and during the event.
Deals with all aspects of Audio Visual System set up checking, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of all equipment as needed.
Manages equipment booking and tracking system.
Training other banquet staff members on how to use & operate equipment.
Checks venue's AV equipment and recommending or organizing upgrades when necessary.
Assists the guests during the events.
Performs other duties assigned by management.
