Job Description
Scope brief
- AV equipment's operation and maintenance
- Set up for audio ,visual for meeting rooms with respect to the events schedule
- Understand the meeting room AV requirements and drawings shared by the clients
- Prepare the AV requirement and install the cabling as per the shared requirements for each calendar
- Coordinate with organizer/clients on site for any type of AV related queries
- Perform preventive maintenance of audio and video equipment's
- Respond to the concerns raised by the clients during the evets in a timely manner
- Possess strong supervisory, time management and coordination skills
- Familiar with audio mixer like Yamaha
- Maintain the inventory for the AV equipment's ,cables , connectors and convertors etc.
Contract length: 11 months Salary: AED6,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
- audio visual for meeting rooms: 4 years (Preferred)
- Events: 4 years (Preferred)
- installing cabling: 4 years (Preferred)
- maintenance of audio and video equipment's: 4 years (Preferred)
- Familiar with audio mixer like Yamaha: 4 years (Preferred)
