Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Qualification:



Contact potential customers to generate interest and qualify leads or answer inquiries from interested prospects.

Sales Calls:



Conduct outbound calls using scripts to promote products/services, inform customers of offers, and persuade them to buy.

Customer Service:



Answer customer questions, address concerns, and provide support to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Order Processing & Data Management:



Accurately record customer information, process orders, and update customer records in a database.

Sales Targets:



Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and goals.

Product Knowledge:



Develop in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services to make effective recommendations.

Essential Skills



Communication:

Strong verbal communication, listening, and interpersonal skills are crucial.

Persuasion & Negotiation:

Ability to influence customers and negotiate sales effectively.

Customer Focus:

A patient, polite, and customer-focused attitude.

Product Knowledge:

Willingness to learn and retain detailed product and service specifications.

Technical Proficiency:

Experience with CRM software and good data entry skills.

Sales Acumen:

A track record of meeting sales quotas and a drive to achieve sales goals.
